Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you (the business or person using the service) and 2615881 Alberta Ltd., 104-4011 26 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6L 5L9, Canada, which operates Social AI Studio at https://social.mydoller.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Social AI Studio helps you create social media posts (captions and images), review and approve them, schedule them, and publish them to social media accounts you connect, such as your Facebook Page. Nothing is published unless you approve it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Give accurate information about your business.

3. Connecting social media accounts

You may connect only Pages and accounts you are authorized to manage. You must also follow the rules of each platform, including Facebook's Terms and Community Standards. You can disconnect at any time.

4. Your content and approvals

• You own your business content, uploaded images and the posts created for you.
• You give us permission to use your content only to provide the service to you.
• AI-generated text and images can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every post before you approve it, including prices, offers, facts and claims.
• Do not upload or approve content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks platform rules.

5. Fees

Any fees, plan limits and billing terms are shown to you clearly before you pay. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, create fake accounts or reviews, impersonate others, attack or overload our systems, or try to access other clients' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and results

We work to keep the service running reliably, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Social media platforms control their own services and may change or limit access at any time. We do not guarantee any particular number of followers, sales or other business results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 2615881 Alberta Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions). We may end or suspend the service with notice, or immediately if these Terms are seriously broken.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

12. Changes

If we change these Terms in an important way, we will update the date above and let account holders know before the change takes effect.
