Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Social AI Studio, operated by 2615881 Alberta Ltd., to delete your account and all data we hold about you and your business at any time. This includes any data received from Facebook.

Step 1: Remove Social AI Studio from Facebook (optional but recommended)

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find Social AI Studio and click Remove.

This immediately stops Social AI Studio from accessing your Facebook Page.

Step 2: Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to support@mydoller.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address you use to sign in (or include the name of your Facebook Page).

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
• We delete your account, business information, uploaded images, drafts, schedules, help chat messages, and your encrypted Facebook access token within 30 days.
• Backup copies are overwritten within a further 30 days.
• We email you when deletion is complete.

We may keep limited records only where the law requires it (for example, invoices for tax purposes).
